Order Placement

4. Item code
5. Postage preferred (Normal or Registered)
(A flat rate of SGD1.50 per item for normal postage, SGD4.50 for registered mail (flat rate), unless otherwise stated will be added to the total amount)
Please make your payment within 3 business days after receiving our confirmation email. Otherwise, item(s) may be sold to the next potential buyer.
Atelier@live only accepts payment via interbank transfer to POSB account. Details such as bank code, account number, etc. will only be furnished in the confirmation email.
Goods sold are non refundable & non exchangeable.
Order Processing and Delivery
Item(s) will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days once payment has been confirmed.
Registered mail is recommended as Atelier@Live will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
All items(s) will be properly packed and sealed securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Shipment to any overseas location can be arranged on a case to case basis. Please send us an email if you wish to make a purchase from overseas. We will then get back to you on the shipping charges and other miscellaneous charges, if any. You may refer to the SpeedPost for a rough guide on the shipping costs.
An “Out of Stock” notice will be updated on the posts whenever possible. However, at times, there may be occasions where we are not able to provide prior “Out of Stock” information. Upon receivng your order, we will inform you via email should your ordered item be out of stock.
